Ms. Willcutts advises and counsels clients on commercial litigation, antitrust matters and governmental invetigtions. She has prosecuted and defended a has represented a wide range of commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, including breach of contract, fraud, antitrust, securities fraud, employer-employee disputes, business torts, deceptive trade practices, insurance coverage, trade secrets, tortuous interference and covenants not to compete. She has represented clients in connection with investigations by various governmental entities, including the Federal Trade Commission, numerous state’s attorneys general, and other state and local authorities. In addition, Ms. Willcutts served as a Civil Associate Judge for Dallas County, Texas from November 2002 through May 2004. Ms. Willcutts also serves as a mediator and arbitrator at JAMS with whom she has an exclusive contract for the performance of ADR services.
