Taylor Vernon is a young attorney with a passion for Entertainment Law and corporate deals.  From serving as Senior Articles Editor on UCLA’s Entertainment Law Review to his current work as an associate at VLG, Taylor is able to provide clients with the practical advice needed to enhance their business prospects.  Taylor also represents clients with Trade Compliance and Franchise and Distribution issues.

While at UCLA, Taylor partnered with the El Centro Legal Clinics to found and chair a legal clinic focused on homelessness prevention.  He also traveled to Sierra Leone as a member of the UCLA International Justice Clinic, where he examined transitional justice mechanisms for witness protection.  Since graduating, Taylor has focused his practice on national and international corporate law, international trade compliance, franchise and distribution, and entertainment law.  Additionally, Taylor recently published an article about Export Trade Compliance in the April 2012 issue of Valley Lawyer magazine.
